1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the granat88 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. The information required includes:

• Full name as per official identification document (MyKad or passport).
• A valid date of birth for age verification.
• An active and accessible email address.
• An active Malaysian mobile number.
• Valid Malaysian bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account name matches the name used during registration at granat88. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same member's name.

The security of your login credentials, including your password, is your sole responsibility. granat88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

All deposits and withdrawals on the granat88 platform are processed using legitimate payment methods officially supported by the platform. Available methods include FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.

Regarding deposits:

• Deposits must be made from an account registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Successful deposits will be credited to the account within seconds after payment confirmation.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account that has been registered and verified through the KYC process.

All bets placed on the granat88 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are solely responsible for ensuring all betting details — including bet type, amount, and market selection — are accurate before confirming any transaction.

• Granat88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bet affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or extraordinary circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• In the event of a sports event cancellation, all related bets will be returned to the member's account balance unless otherwise stated in the relevant sports rules.
• The maximum betting amount per market is subject to limits set by granat88 and may vary depending on the event type, sport, and market.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, including multi-account arbitrage, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without refund of balance.

7 Member Conduct & Responsibilities

• Communicating with other members or support staff using offensive, threatening, or harassing language.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

10 Liability Limit

• Losses arising from unauthorized account access due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by factors beyond granat88's control, including issues on the part of financial institutions.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the member using incorrect information or a misinterpretation of odds and markets.

In all circumstances, granat88's maximum total liability shall not exceed the most recent deposit amount made by the member into the relevant account within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law
